Our Impact

Measuring the true impact of a program that changes lives every day is a challenging task. It’s difficult to quantify the impact of the work that House of Refuge does for the homeless, however, we can use our statistics to demonstrate the extent of our impact in numerical terms.

78,828 bed nights of transitional housing provided in single-family homes.

160 families (514 individuals) served last year.

88% of households successfully transitioned into stable housing.

90% of graduating heads-of-household were employed at exit; 38% increased their income during the program.

Adult parents made up less than 38% of the total residents served, the other 62% were children.
